First Prize at Shell Eco Marathon 2010
3-7 May 2010: First Prize for the TUCer Team at the Shell Eco Marathon
For the third time IS&RL participated with TUCer team at the UrbanConcept category of the 2010 European Shell Eco-marathon competition that takes place at the EUROSPEEDWAY, Lausitz, Germany. The Urban Concept category was introduced in 2003 and is designed specifically for vehicles that are similar to normal cars and more conventional in design than the experimental prototypes in the traditional Shell Eco-marathon competition.
TUCer Team won the 1st Prize of the ADAC Safety Award and achieved its best performance by running 373km with 1 liter of fuel.
